How to Replace Bright Ceiling Lightbulbs?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to figure out how to change the lightbulbs in my ceiling's flat lighting fixture. I don't have a picture to share, but they're round and flush with the ceiling. My landlord installed these really bright LED bulbs, and honestly, they feel way too intense and unwelcoming for my space. Any advice on how to switch them out?

It sounds like you might be dealing with those wafer-style LED lights that are popular these days. Unfortunately, you typically can’t just replace the bulbs since they’re integrated into the fixture. Some of these setups have a driver with a dimmer feature, so you could check if that's an option. Otherwise, installing a dimmer switch could help tone down the brightness a bit!

Yeah, I actually have a dimmer switch, but it doesn't change the harshness of the light much. I’m looking for something softer.

You might want to look into getting a different type of LED that has a warmer tone. Just be sure to check the specs before buying!
