I recently used quick-drying cement that typically sets in about 15-30 minutes, but unfortunately, it started raining around 30-35 minutes after I poured it. I'm concerned that if it didn't fully dry before the rain hit, it might be damaged. What should I check for to see if it's okay? And if it did get ruined, what steps should I take next?

If the cement was for just filling a hole and isn't load-bearing, you should be fine! Heavy rain can mess up the surface finish, but keeping it wet actually helps it cure stronger. Just don’t mess with it too much after the rain and give it some time to dry out on its own.
Just a quick note—concrete doesn’t really 'dry' like we think; it cures. There are times it gets submerged in water and still sets perfectly fine, so it might be okay. Just check how it looks after the rain and you might be surprised!
Generally speaking, the cement will take a little longer to cure if it got rained on, but I wouldn’t stress too much. Just let it be and maybe cover it up to protect it from more rain. Try to avoid walking on it for now, just to be safe.
