I'm looking to install a new vent exhaust for my kitchen since there's currently no exterior vent at all, and I have to make do with opening windows or using a fan. Should I hire a handyman, a general contractor, an HVAC specialist, a roofer, or someone else to get quality work done? I'd also prefer to have them install the kitchen hood if that's a good idea.
