How Do You Water Your Succulents: Deep Soaking or Regular Schedule?

I'm curious if anyone else has found success waiting until their succulents are pretty dried out before giving them a deep soak for a few hours. I've noticed that my plants seem to grow faster this way. Has anyone else tried this method? What watering practices do you follow?

Yeah, I used to stick to a strict three-week watering schedule, but that was too much for my guys. I’ve switched to the soak method, and it's working much better for me!

Same here! I found sticking to that exact schedule led to some unhappy plants, so I adjusted.

Totally! I've heard of the flood between droughts technique being a solid approach for succulents. It seems to mimic their natural environment and really allows them to thrive.

Isn’t that how they generally recommend watering them? Seems like it fits the bill, though!

Sort of! I had to research a bit to figure this method out. It seems like the common advice is to water when the soil is dry, but I feel like tuning into the plant's signals works better for me.
