I'm looking to get into growing succulents and would love to hear some advice on how to take care of them. What are the best practices for watering, sunlight, and general maintenance? Any specific tips or common mistakes to avoid?

Caring for succulents is pretty straightforward! Make sure they get plenty of light, ideally at least 6 hours a day. Water them about every 2-3 weeks, but let the soil dry out completely between waterings. A good quality cactus mix for soil can really help them thrive. One common mistake is overwatering, so just keep an eye on the leaves; if they start to look mushy, you might be giving them too much water!
Don't forget about drainage! Make sure your pots have holes at the bottom, so excess water can escape. Also, succulents love a little fertilizer during the growing season, but don't overdo it; once a month should be fine.
Great point! I've heard too much fertilizer can actually harm them. Thanks for the tip!

Totally agree! I also suggest rotating them every now and then so they grow evenly without leaning towards the light.
