I'm looking to update some of the outlets in my home to have USB and USB-C ports. I've come across several outlets with wires coming out the back and also using screw terminals. What's the best way to go about replacing them? Any advice would be appreciated!

I’d suggest cutting the wires and connecting them using wago connectors to pigtails on the terminal. That tends to work well for a clean setup.
Just make sure everything matches up. You can either insert the wire straight into the back or wrap it around the screws—it all connects the same way. But always test first; you don’t want any surprises in wiring!
If you’re not too sure about electrical work, it might be a good idea to hire an electrician. They can definitely help make sure everything is installed safely.

Totally agree! Always double-check your connections to avoid any weird voltage drops. I've seen some circuits wired wrong that caused issues.
