I'm looking to grow some sage and could really use your tips! Specifically, I'd love to know the best place to grow it (like indoors or outdoors, what kind of light it needs), how long it usually takes to sprout, how often it needs watering, and any other advice you might have for keeping a sage plant healthy. It really depends on your hardiness zone! I'm in zone 5, and I once planted a sage transplant in a random spot, and even though it eventually died after being neglected for years, it sprouted a bunch of new volunteers! So sometimes they surprise you!
