10″ vs 15″ Tote: Which Is Better for Home DIY Projects?

I'm looking to buy a tote for my DIY tools and general maintenance around the house. I know there are better brands out there, like Veto Pro Pac, but I'm considering the Milwaukee option due to its Packout integration. I'm wondering if the 15" would end up being too heavy for just home use. Are there any real benefits to having the larger footprint for my tools? Just a little update – I went ahead and bought the 10" from the GB marketplace for $140, so I might still look for the 15" if the 10" isn't enough. I figured it was a good deal, thanks for the advice!

I have a Veto bag and honestly, I feel like they might be making these for Milwaukee too, since both are pretty similar. I use the OT-XL which is about the same size as the 15" tote. It's pretty big! If it’s only for home use, I’d say the 10" would be enough. I move my bag around a lot between vehicles, but for just home stuff, the 10" should serve you well.

Honestly, I don't see the point in dropping that much money for a tote just for around the house. You could grab something cheaper, like a Husky bag, and save your cash.
