Looking for Recommendations on Steel Raised Garden Beds

Hey everyone! I'm currently using wooden raised beds that I made myself, but I'm thinking of switching things up and getting some steel raised beds instead. I'm particularly interested in sizes around 8x6x2 or 8x6x3 for my peppers, tomatoes, and a bit of herbs. I've seen a lot of options out there with a giant price range, so I'd love to hear any recommendations for solid brands or any to avoid. Thanks!

Hey! I just got some Vego Garden beds this year, and while I can't speak to their long-term durability yet, I replaced one of my wooden beds with one of theirs, and it’s been a game changer! They were super easy to assemble and look fantastic. I've noticed a few other neighbors have them too, and they seem to be holding up well. I have tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, peppers, and some marigolds planted in mine right now. Just make sure to consider your local weather—snow and rain can make a big difference!

I'm up in Upstate New York, so we get our fair share of heavy snow (around 120 inches a year) too. Just keep an eye on the metal thickness when choosing a brand; some can be really flimsy.

I’ve got about 14 Vego beds myself, and I really love them! Just a tip—steer clear of the cheap options on Amazon; they tend to be flimsy and don’t last as long.
