I have this unsightly sewer cleanout in my finished basement, and I'm looking for ways to disguise it while keeping it accessible for maintenance. Any creative ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!

One simple solution is to build a small cabinet around the cleanout. This way, it covers the ugly part but still allows you easy access when needed.
You could frame it out using removable paneling. Another idea is to create a custom bookcase that has a cutout for the cleanout, which would make it look nicer and serve a purpose.
I turned mine into a closet. Just built a simple wall with a door, and now I can use it for storage. It keeps everything looking neat!
