Is $667 a Fair Price for My Driveway Sealing?

I'm looking to get my small driveway sealed and have been gathering quotes. My neighbor had a great experience with a local company, who provided me with a detailed estimate. My driveway measures 22x35 feet and includes some sidewalk and a number of sizable cracks that need sealing. The quote includes extensive prep work and use of high-quality materials, so I wanted to see if $667.50 seems like a fair price for the service it encompasses. Thanks for your input!

Typically, for small residential driveways, you’re looking at costs between $400 and $700. It sounds like they’re providing a comprehensive service with hot crack filling and detailed prep work. You’re investing in quality labor and materials, and using Tarconite indicates they're serious about doing a good job!

What city are you in? I have a similar driveway size and I usually pay around $150, but that doesn’t cover the hot applied crack sealant. Just cleaning and sealing. Depending on your area, the price can vary.

That price sounds pretty reasonable for a small driveway! The quote covers thorough cleaning, crack sealing, and a solid sealcoat with a quality product. Just ensure they follow through with the proper prep and curing instructions. You'll want it done right to avoid any issues down the line.
