While I know it's mainly meant for trimming bushes and shrubs, I'm wondering if it could also handle weeds in my backyard. I'm not really a fan of bulky lawnmowers; I prefer something lightweight and budget-friendly, ideally under $90. Any thoughts?

A hedge trimmer isn't really the best choice for cutting down weeds. They can be quite heavy, and when bending over to reach weeds, it gets uncomfortable fast.
