My home was built last August and the builder suggested waiting a year for it to settle before sealing. I got an estimate from a company that mentioned my driveway still looks perfect and black, but they usually recommend waiting until it turns a bit gray before sealing. They said it could be done now if I wanted, but I'm unsure about what to do. Any advice?
