I had new windows installed in 2022, but one of them has been leaking for nearly a year now. The leak isn't consistent; it mostly happens during heavy rain. The window company has been out several times since the window is still under warranty, but they keep insisting the window isn't the issue. I've checked my gutters and roof, and neither seems to be causing the problem. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? They initially tried fixing it by adding caulk on the outside, but that clearly didn't work. The water appears to come in about three-quarters of the way up the window.

I think the window installers might not be telling you the whole truth. It's possible that the window isn't properly flashed or sealed to the wall or the existing frame. Were the windows new construction or retrofitted? If they were retrofitted, that could definitely complicate things.
It sounds like more of a flashing or installation issue rather than a problem with the window glass itself. If water is getting in behind the frame, it could leak midway like that. Caulk alone won't solve a bad installation. You might want to consider hiring an independent inspector or contractor to evaluate the situation so you can hold the window company accountable under warranty.
The exterior of my house is brick, so I'm not sure if it's a siding issue. I suspect it's a bad installation. I really want to push them to fix it, but it's been such a hassle, and I'm fed up.

They were retrofit windows.
