What’s the Best App for Identifying Pet-Toxic Plants?

Hi everyone! I'm looking to add more greenery to my home and I'm also getting a dog soon. Plus, I occasionally cat-sit, so I want to make sure that any new plants I buy are safe for my furry friends. Can anyone recommend a good app that can let me know if a plant is toxic to pets, along with providing reliable plant care tips? Thanks a bunch!

Honestly, if you just Google the plant's name along with 'toxic to pets', you'll get a ton of results. It might be easier than using an app since you can cross-reference multiple sources.

I found this app called 'PlantSnap' that not only identifies plants but also gives you info on their toxicity. It might not be perfect, but it could be helpful as you expand your plant collection!

You might want to try checking out the ASPCA's resource on plant toxicity. They have a comprehensive list that tells you which plants are toxic and non-toxic to pets. It’s a great way to make sure your plant choices are safe!
