I'm planning to use it for soldering PCB boards, and to be honest, I'm not the best at handling a regular soldering iron. I'd really love a gun that lets me just squeeze it to get a little solder on the board before heating and applying components. I was really hoping for something simpler. I’ve got a temperature-controlled iron but I struggle with my vision. I thought an automatic gun might help make it easier by controlling the solder flow. I read somewhere that using flux could also help when working with tightly packed pins, any tips?
