I’ve done quite a few upgrades that made a huge difference! I installed a whole home humidifier connected to the furnace, insulated and heated the garage, added under cabinet lighting in the kitchen (got a bit carried away with some fun RGBW lights), and raised my front load washer/dryer on a pedestal to save my back! Plus, I put infrared blocking window film on my south-facing windows, which really helped keep those rooms cooler in the summer. The automatic underground sprinklers? A game changer for keeping my lawn looking pristine!
