I'm trying to figure out if it's worth getting the new M12 Subcompact Impact Wrench considering I already own the M12 Gen 3 impact driver. Can anyone share their thoughts or experiences?

It's really about what jobs you're tackling. Comparing an impact wrench to an impact driver is like mixing apples with oranges; they're meant for different tasks. So, if you're doing heavy work requiring extra torque, an impact wrench is totally worth it. Otherwise, stick with what you have!
Just to clarify, the impact driver and the impact wrench serve different purposes. If you regularly need that extra torque for specific tasks, the wrench may be a smart addition. If not, it might be overkill for what you already do with your driver.
The M12 Subcompact Impact Wrench does excel at fitting into tighter spaces compared to the Gen 3 impact driver, but it doesn't necessarily offer more torque. If you're looking for versatility in tight spots, it might be useful! Also, just so you know, the 3049 model has significantly more torque than the other models, and the stubby version is even more powerful. It really depends on your specific needs for size and weight.
