I'm on the hunt for a good quality egg beater drill. Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes a decent one?

Lee Valley has a nice-looking egg beater drill, but I haven't tried it myself. I don't personally know anyone who owns one either, so it's hard to recommend without a test drive. Interesting! What do you think about its size limitations? I heard it's only good for fine detail work up to 3/32".
