If you don't have the manual on hand, it might be worth looking it up online; many manuals are available as PDFs. They often have troubleshooting steps that can save you a lot of time and money. Also, consider contacting the store where you bought the door for additional support.
Have you checked the sensors? Sometimes they get misaligned or dirty, which can cause that kind of issue. Try cleaning the sensor lenses with a soft cloth and make sure they're pointed directly at each other. If that doesn't work, inspect the tracks for any obstructions.
