I'm wondering if my spider plant can be saved. It seems to be struggling lately, and I'd love any advice on how to help it recover.

I think your spider plant can absolutely be saved! If you repot it into a smaller container, that might help. I have a few little ones doing great in a gelato container I poked holes in. They love being snug in their pots! Also, using distilled or purified water is a good idea since tap water can sometimes be too harsh for them. Keep it in a nice bright spot too—south-facing windows are perfect!
If your spider plant is in a pot with drainage, there's definitely a chance it'll bounce back! But if it's in a pot without drainage, things could get tricky. Make sure to check that first!
Your spider plant might be stressed due to environmental changes. Try moving it to a smaller pot and somewhere cooler or darker. Pale leaves can mean it's getting too much light or heat, or maybe it's dehydrated.
Don’t forget to use rainwater if you can! It's the best for plants.

I noticed in your post that you mentioned it’s losing leaves, which might indicate it's in shock from moving. It could be a good time to check the roots, but also give it a bit of time to adjust to its new environment.
