Hey everyone, we recently moved into a house where most of the updates have been done, except for the tile floor in the laundry, kitchen, and bathroom areas. I'm getting a strong odor that seems like it's coming from some cleaner or detergent that might be off-gassing from the subfloor. I've thought about re-grouting, but that sounds like a huge hassle, so I'm considering just re-sealing it instead. The previous owners clearly didn't keep up with maintenance, and I'm seeing some cracks too. I've narrowed down my options for sealers to Miracle 511, Fiberlock Technologies ULTRA RECON Smoke Odor Sealer, and Aqua Mix Sealer's Choice Gold. I just want to make sure the odor is trapped in and taken care of since it's been lingering for six months now. Any recommendations on which product might work best? Thanks in advance!
