I recently installed three new EG4LL batteries in my 6000XP system, bringing my total to six. However, my system still only recognizes the original three batteries, which are discharging, while the new ones are stuck in standby mode. I'm wondering if anyone has tips on how to resolve this issue. Should I remove the new batteries until I figure this out? Or can they remain in the system and charge like the others?

Have you made sure all the new batteries were fully charged to 100% before connecting them? That's usually a key step to get them to work together properly.
It's essential to check if all your batteries are using the same firmware version. Sometimes, batteries won’t communicate correctly if there are differences in firmware. Also, are you seeing any power moving in or out of the new batteries?
Don't forget to check the breakers on the new batteries! I had similar issues when I added panels, and it turned out that some breakers had tripped. They could be causing the new batteries to stay in standby.
