I love Milwaukee tools, but I feel like there's something really off about their approach. Why are they putting diagnostic software in their tools just to deny warranty claims? It seems like they could be using that tech for something more useful, like adding battery balancing software to extend battery life. Is this a case of planned obsolescence?

If you're not happy with Milwaukee's policies, one of the best ways to make your voice heard is to switch brands. If enough people do it, companies will definitely take notice and change their ways.
Check out this video that dives deeper into the issue. It highlights some of the problems with how tools are designed with obsolescence in mind! [Video Link](https://youtu.be/tHj0-Gzvbeo)

I saw that video too! It really sheds light on the whole issue—even if it's pretty frustrating to watch.
