Hey everyone! I've been fiddling with my Nintendo Switch recently, and I can't help but wonder why the screws on the bottom are such a pain to get out. Has anyone else had this issue?

The screws are a bit tricky on purpose! Nintendo uses unique types of screws to discourage tampering and to keep things secure. They've done it before—remember the Wii with its triangle screws? They really don't want you to easily open it up!
Yeah, it's not just your imagination. Those screws aren't standard. They're designed to be a hassle so that people don't mess with the internals too easily. Makes it rough for us who like to tinker around!
Haha, right? Just give us regular screws, Nintendo!

Totally! It's like they're saying, 'Good luck, DIYers!'
