I'm currently exploring options for hurricane-rated folding or bifold patio doors as part of a recent pool and outdoor living space remodel. I came across UFold Doors and was immediately impressed with their modern design and the fact that their doors are Florida-approved for impact resistance. The sales rep was really helpful in guiding the design process. We opted for a folding glass door and a bar top pass-through window, and I must say, the doors are not only stylish but also provide some peace of mind during storms. I'm curious if anyone else has experience with installing these doors, as I'd love to get feedback on their performance and customer service.

I get where you're coming from, but I'm not sure it's the same company. I did a little digging and it looks like there might be some misinformation out there. I haven’t seen any serious legal issues with their owners, and I would be interested to know if you’ve dealt with them personally. I really want to get a good quality patio door, so I'm keen to hear more experiences if anyone has them!
I wouldn’t recommend UFold. Even though they claim to have been in business for a while, finding genuine reviews is tough, and most I did come across felt questionable—definitely not a good sign. They seem to share ownership with several companies that have had name changes and poor ratings on the BBB. If they can't keep their business filings straight, I’d worry about their reliability when it comes to home projects. There are many reputable companies out there, so it might be worth exploring other options.
