Why Aren’t My Arctic Bells Sprouting?

I planted 50 Arctic Bell flowers in my small garden in London, but none of them have emerged yet. Some online sources say they should start popping up in January, while others suggest February to March. Given that London tends to be warmer than other parts of the UK, I'm starting to wonder if I just received a bad batch of bulbs. Has anyone had success with theirs?

I've got some Arctic Bells in a pot up in the Midlands, and the leaves have been up for quite some time, but the buds are still developing. So, they might just be slow to bloom depending on the conditions.

Honestly, there might be some foliage coming up in my garden that could be them, but I'm not entirely sure. Guess I'll just have to wait it out!

When did you actually plant your Arctic Bells? That could help clarify why they're not showing yet.

I planted them in late September, so I thought they would be up by now.
