My top concern is definitely about the health of the plants I buy. I’ve had a few bad experiences where they arrived overly pruned and in poor condition. I usually prefer to shop in person for that reason, since local nurseries often have healthier plants. If I can’t find what I need locally, I’m cautious about which online vendors I trust. It’s frustrating when something doesn’t thrive because of shipping issues, but if it’s my fault, that's different!

Totally get where you're coming from! Would you prefer a glamour shot of the plant, or a more honest, rugged crop photo to show what you’d actually receive?
