Hey everyone! I'm in the middle of enhancing my woodworking shed with a new workbench and a tool wall, and I'm excited to get a little creative with how I mount my tools. I'm mainly looking for fun and innovative holders that add a nice touch to the setup, rather than going modular (which I might regret later). I'd love it if you could share examples of unique tool holders you've made for your own walls. I've seen some amazing ideas on this forum that far surpass what's available on Google or Pinterest, so I'm eager to gather some inspiration. Thanks in advance!

I made the Mike Pekovich hanging tool cabinet, although I'm still working on crafting the tool holders years later, haha. But he's got some really clever ideas for mounting the holders on walls or boards. Check out this episode where he goes through some great options for tool holders: [Tool Holders Video](https://youtu.be/eDo8HH60fZo?si=xgZu2NuQlkZG6utL)!
Here's a picture of my setup! I'm still working on adding doors to the front of my tool wall since I live quite close to a stream and humidity can be an issue. My design is pretty simple; I just used a piece of 1/2" marine plywood to hold my offcuts securely, along with some extra magnets for safety. I really should spend a bit more time making it look nicer though! Mine is still a work in progress! I focused on making space for rulers and marking tools at the forefront. The system isn't perfect yet; I used marine ply as well, and added a magnet strip to keep my protractor and dividers handy. I really drew inspiration from this video: [Inspiration Video](https://youtu.be/E5YpeAqboUE). Definitely a fun project!
That looks awesome! Leaving space between the shelves is key—I learned that the hard way, too! Can't wait to see how it progresses.

That looks practical! I like how you incorporated magnets for stability. I'd love to see how it evolves when you add the doors!
