I've heard that Milwaukee just launched a new worm drive saw and I'm curious if DEWALT has any plans for an upgrade to the DCS577. Does anyone have any insider info on this?

If I had to suggest any upgrades, I’d say making it a bit lighter and adding an LED light would be sweet. It seems like all tools these days come with LED lights, so it would be nice to see that feature!
Honestly, the DCS577 is a beast as it is! It’s been the most powerful cordless saw out there since it dropped. I’m curious if Milwaukee's new model is finally making them competitive? Everyone should just try out the DCS577; it's really good!
