I'm planning to start my gardening adventure this spring, but I have multiple disabilities that make traditional gardening challenging. I've noticed that raised garden beds are commonly used, but most of them are only a few inches off the ground. I'm really looking for options that are high enough so I won't need to bend down. Are there any super raised bed solutions out there? Also, I'm particularly interested in growing veggies like carrots and potatoes—would those be feasible in a high raised bed?

Check out standing garden beds! They can be really useful since they keep everything at a convenient height.
I recently got a local woodworker to make a custom raised bed for me, and I love it! It doesn’t have to be expensive—around $50 for a great quality one.
If you search for 'raised garden beds for disabled', you'll find lots of options that might work for you! We actually used stock tanks for our garden, though I know that metal aesthetic isn't everyone's favorite.
