How Long Does the Warranty Process Take for Defective Batteries?

Asked By FixItFloyd93 On

I recently bought an M18 drill kit from a small hardware store, but both batteries came fully discharged. I've tried some DIY tips to see if there are any common issues with new batteries, but I can't return them to the store since they were the last ones in stock. How quick is the warranty process for something like this? Would love any insights!

The warranty process can vary, but usually, it takes about 2-4 weeks to get a replacement once you've submitted your claim. Just make sure to keep your receipt and any documentation handy. If you reached out to customer service, they could give you a clearer timeline too!

Good to know! I wasn't sure if it would take longer since they are batteries.
