I hired what I thought was a trustworthy plumbing company to work on my old house, but things went downhill fast. They broke my shower tile, left trash and mud everywhere, and even went so far as to use one of my flower pots to mix concrete! I paid them half the project cost upfront, but after seeing the damage, I made them stop work and leave. I'm looking for advice on what to do next. Anyone have suggestions?

If they didn’t finish the job and left your place in worse shape, it might cost you a lot more to fix everything. It feels like they’ll just take your money and run. Unfortunately, you might end up paying another plumber to not only complete the work but also fix the tile they ruined. That’s really frustrating!
Wow, that's some wild stuff! I can't believe they mixed concrete in a flower pot. You gotta wonder why they wouldn’t just use the right tools. It really sounds like you’ve got a mess on your hands; have you thought about getting a lawyer involved?
Lawyering up might be a serious consideration. Those guys won't be inclined to help without a nudge, especially since they’ve already shown they can’t be trusted. Definitely don’t let them try to fix their own mess; better to have someone reliable handle it.
