I've got this awkward concrete slab in my garden where a children's wooden playhouse used to stand. It's located in a corner by my garage and the neighboring fence, basically under the shade of a Scot's pine and some larger bushes. Right now, it's mostly where we dump our garden toys and it feels pretty neglected. With two other patios already in place, I'm at a loss on how to make use of this space. Any creative suggestions?

How about transforming it into a secret garden patio? It could be a cozy little nook! Just keep in mind it’s on the smaller side, about 2m by 1.5m. You could definitely fit a small seating area there if you decide to go for it!
You have some options! Consider a garden shed for extra space, or even a cute garden room or pub if you’re into that. If storage isn't needed, you could also decorate it, add some decking, or even go the route of digging it up entirely to plant ground cover instead. Plenty of possibilities!
Thanks for the ideas! I'm hesitant about getting a shed since we already have a big garage, and I’d rather not cut the tree too much. So digging it up or adding decor might be the way to go!
Honestly, why not just embrace the concrete? If it’s not bothering you too much, you can leave it as-is or think about planting some shade-tolerant ground cover. Just a suggestion if you want to keep maintenance low!
That’s a good point! I don’t mind it too much, just wish it didn’t feel so uninspired. I’ll think about the ground cover option!

That does sound cute, but do I really need three patios? I’m not sure!
