Has anyone else experienced issues with filing a warranty claim? I bought a headset in early August, used it a handful of times, and now it's completely stopped working. I've been trying to get a claim processed for the last two weeks, but I keep getting referred to affiliates. I was told I'd receive a shipping tag last week to return the defective headset, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet.

It sounds like your headset might be one of those products that they don't actually manufacture themselves, like certain vacuums or accessories. Sometimes warranty issues can get tricky because they have to refer you to the actual manufacturer. Seems like the company that's supposed to handle your claim isn't as responsive as you'd hope. Hang in there!
Just to clarify, are you talking about the Job Site Earbud Pros? I’ve seen a lot of people have the same issues with those.

That's why I hesitate to buy licensed products (you know, the ones with model numbers starting with 'DX'). If something goes wrong, it's frustrating to deal with a company that didn't actually make it.
