How to Fix Sagging Caulk Joints in a New Tile Shower?

Hey everyone! I recently caulked a brand new tile shower using Latisil and the soapy water/popsicle stick technique, and it turned out really well. However, there's one joint where the pan meets the wall that sagged, leaving a gap between the caulk and the bottom edge of the lower tiles. I'm looking for advice on how to properly prepare that line for reapplication of Latisil now that the first layer has dried. I was thinking about cleaning it with mineral spirits to get rid of any soap residue to ensure the new layer adheres well. Any thoughts on this?

Keep in mind that Latisil is 100% silicone. Generally, new silicone doesn’t stick well to old silicone. If what you've got is less than 48 hours old, your best bet might be to just cut out the sagging section and do a complete re-caulking.

So, in this case, would it be smarter to just remove the sagged part and start fresh instead of trying to add more on top?
