Hey, everyone! I just planted some spring bulbs like crocus, allium, narcissus, anemones, and tulips. I'm new to gardening and I've read that tulips are best planted later in the year. I'm located in northern England where overnight temperatures are below 10°C, but it's sunny and warmer during the day. I'm wondering if I should dig up the tulip bulbs I planted (Novi Sun and Crystal Star) and wait to plant them later this year? Also, if you have any tips for a beginner gardener like me when it comes to spring flowering bulbs, I'd really appreciate it!

You’re right about the timing! Tulips are ideally planted in the autumn, usually around September or October, so you're good to go! I wouldn’t recommend taking them out every summer unless you have plans to relocate them. Just leave them as they are now!
I wouldn’t worry about digging them up now. They might actually be more at risk for Tulip Fire if they were planted earlier. Just let them be for now!
Okay, thank you so much for the advice. Hopefully they’ll be fine (fingers crossed) ?

Thank you for the advice, I appreciate it!
