Hey everyone! I recently cleaned my garage's sloped metal roof and noticed a lot of green mildew that I'd like to get rid of. I'm a bit worried about scrubbing it down since I might slip and hurt myself. I've heard that pressure washing isn't the best option either. What methods have you used for cleaning your metal roofs? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Cleaning a sloped roof can be tricky, and especially if you're a bit nervous about slipping. Maybe try using a long-handled brush to keep your distance from the edge. Just be careful and take your time!
In Florida, we used diluted bleach and just a hose. It worked pretty well for us! You might be surprised how well it cleans without a ton of scrubbing involved.
I found this cleaner called Wet and Forget that works great for removing mildew and algae. Just spray it on, and it does the job without any heavy scrubbing! Check it out if you want an easy solution.
