I've just moved into a relatively new apartment and I can't seem to escape this annoying high-pitched noise every time I open my windows. It feels like it's coming from outside my building. I have a balcony, but it's almost unbearable to go out there because of this sound. There are some electrical towers nearby, so I'm wondering if they might be the culprits.
