I'm planning to give my bathroom a quick facelift before selling my house. Currently, the vanity, upper cabinet, and mirror are all dark brown, but the vanity is very damaged and chipped. I can't find another vanity in a similar size or color, but I'm considering replacing it with a white vanity. Do you think it'll look good in this bathroom? Honestly, unless you're really into the all-white trend, I'd stick with the brown. It ties together the current look of the bathroom. White can sometimes feel a bit stark, especially if everything else is dark.
You might want to consider just patching up and repainting the old vanity if it's still structurally sound. It could save you some money and keep the look more cohesive with the upper cabinet and mirror. Plus, you could maybe use a lighter stain to brighten up the dark brown!

Just a heads up, if it's particle board, painting might not hold up well. You could try a veneer instead!
