I've noticed there are a ton of lizards in my yard—like 15 of them! It's not a huge space, so I can spot them pretty easily, and they range from babies to adults. Sometimes I cool them off with a hose since it's really hot here in Southern California, and they seem to enjoy it. I'm just wondering if having that many lizards is a problem or if it's all good?

Unless those lizards are munching on your plants, it's hard to argue that you have too many! I mean, it's like saying my wallet is too full—some things are just meant to be packed! So, enjoy them!
I totally get what you're saying! I've got a crazy number of lizards in my yard too, and it really doesn't seem like a big deal. As long as they have enough food, they'll stick around—so if you’re seeing a lot, it likely means there's plenty for them to eat. 15 lizards doesn't sound excessive to me at all!
Exactly! Plus, lizards are great for keeping the insect population down, so they're doing you a favor.

Haha, that's a good way to look at it! Lizards are a natural insect control, so they’re definitely more beneficial than problematic.
