Hey everyone! I'm a new homeowner and I have some questions about my gutter and stormwater system. My gutters direct water straight into the ground, and while I can see two exit points on my property, I've got four downspouts. This is different from what I'm used to, as my previous homes just let water flow right onto the grass. My house was built in 1980, and I've had no issues during the winter or spring; no water pooling or problems in the basement. I'm wondering if I should pay $200 for a camera inspection to check for more exit points or if I'm just overthinking this. Any advice would be appreciated!

Honestly, $200 isn’t too bad for a professional inspection if it’s done well. If you really want peace of mind or if you notice anything strange, it could be worth it. Just make sure it’s a reputable service you’re hiring!
