I'm on the hunt for different types of beans that you can cook and eat whole, similar to green beans but preferably something a bit more unique. Any suggestions?

Scarlet runners are fun, but they do turn green when you cook them. Still, they're worth a try if you're looking for something different!
Snow peas are another great choice. They're tender and delicious, perfect for eating whole. You might also consider Romano beans and snap peas—they're tasty options too!
Winged beans are a cool option! You can eat not just the pods but also the flowers and leaves—they’re super versatile!
You might want to check out yard long beans! They're pretty great and have a nice texture that makes them fun to eat whole.

Thanks for the tip! I hadn't heard of those before, I'll definitely check them out!
