I'm wondering what a 0 bars reading means on a Flexvolt battery gauge. Specifically, does it indicate a charge level of 0-25%, or is it really closer to 0%? I'd like to understand how to interpret this correctly.

It's actually indicating 0%. According to DeWalt's guidelines, 1 bar means you're under 50%, so 0 bars certainly suggests you need to charge it soon. However, they don't really specify that 0 bars is strictly 0%—just that it needs charging.

True! But just because 1 bar is under 50% doesn’t definitely mean 0 bars is 0%. It's more like they hint at it needing a charge without giving an exact percentage.
