What are your go-to fragrances for different seasons?

I'm not very knowledgeable about fragrances and I'm looking for suggestions. Specifically, I'm hoping to find one scent that works well for cold weather and another for the warmer months. I'd love to hear about your personal experiences—have you received compliments? Do they last all day?

If you want something safe for year-round wear, go for a 'blue' fragrance—it smells fresh like shower gel. Try picks like Bleu de Chanel or Versace Dylan Blue for the summer. For winter, I favor Burberry London or the popular Spicebomb, though I’m not a huge fan of the last one. And don’t forget to check out YouTube for more recommendations!

If you’re looking for cheaper options, Dossier has great knock-offs of those big brands, usually at much better prices.

Also, Perry Ellis 360 is a fantastic alternative to Acqua di Gio if you want something similar without breaking the bank.

In colder months, I’m all about the spicy, warm scents like Jean Paul Gaultier’s Le Male variations. It’s super long-lasting! And for summer, I love something light and fresh like Nautica. Remember, the key is to find what resonates with you, as everyone has different tastes!

For spring and summer, I recommend floral or citrus notes, as they really brighten up the warmer months. In autumn and winter, try warm scents like tobacco or woods; they just feel cozier during the chillier times!

Honestly, I think fragrance is all about personal preference. It's great to explore, but remember not to overdo it! Minimal application works best, especially if you’re staying fresh with regular showering and deodorant.

For summer, Hanae Mori is a favorite of mine—citrusy and fruity, plus it lasts a long time! For the cold months, I really enjoy Viktor & Rolf’s Spicebomb and Yves Saint Laurent’s La Nuit de L'Homme. They have great depth for those chilly evenings!
