Hey everyone! I'm in the process of painting my interior trim and I'm stuck on whether to go with oil-based or acrylic paint. I've started using acrylic, but it's not really sticking well for me. I'm considering switching to oil-based paint instead. What do you all recommend? And do I need to seal the oil-based paint once I use it?

I would steer clear of oil-based paint unless absolutely necessary. Instead, try using a quality primer first. It really helps the paint adhere better and gives a nice finish. Plus, it’s less fussy than oil-based paint! You definitely want things to stick well to your trim.
Priming is essential! If your baseboards aren’t taking the paint well, a good primer can make all the difference. Even after priming, if you’re having trouble, it might help to do another coat of primer before painting again. Just stick with acrylic if you can, it's easier to work with.
