Advice for Replacing an Old Awning with Holes

Hey everyone! I have an original awning in my backyard that's around 45-50 years old—it's starting to show its age with a few holes in the slats. I'm looking for recommendations on what I can buy to replace these slats. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you're dealing with aluminum w-pan, snap lock panels. You can still find them, but good luck finding that woodgrain style—it's been off the market for about 20 years. It's a pretty simple DIY replacement if you decide to go that route!

Awesome, thanks for the info! Could you share a link to an example product? I’m a bit lost with what I find on Google.

Just a heads up, don’t forget that the wood framing around the awning is probably just as old and likely needs replacing too. It might be better to do a complete tear-out and start fresh instead of just patching it up.
