Hey everyone! I just moved into a new office space that's about 20x10x9 feet, and I've realized it doesn't have central air conditioning. I'm looking for some good, budget-friendly ways to keep it cool during the summer months. I would really prefer solutions that don't require complicated ducting, venting, or pipe work. Any suggestions?

You might also want to look into a mini-split system. They’re energy-efficient and quiet, and they require just a small hole for the lines to go outside, so there’s not too much complexity involved.
If you're after something more DIY, a swamp cooler could work, especially if your area is dry. Alternatively, you can make a simple setup with a styrofoam cooler, a small fan, and a block of ice to provide some cooling! Just keep in mind that ice bucket air conditioners are generally not very efficient.
A window air conditioning unit could be your best bet. They're straightforward to install and should cool your office effectively without needing to mess with ducts.
