Hey everyone! I'm a first-time home buyer, and I've been living in my new place for about two months now. I just noticed a ceiling stain in the basement that looks like it's right under the bathroom. It's a bit faint, so I zoomed in to check it out in the photo. Could this spot be water damage or mold? I'm a little worried! Also, who should I call to fix this? Do I need a plumber? Thanks for any advice!
