I recently moved into a newer house that's about 5 years old, and it has these LED disc lights installed in the ceilings. A couple of them have already failed, and I've replaced them, but I dread the process of undoing those wire nuts every time. Is there a quick disconnect option out there for these lights?

I get where you're coming from! It's pretty tricky with the high ceilings, and I totally understand being hesitant to let just anyone mess with the wiring. I'll look into some quick connect options myself. It feels like there should be a universal standard for replacements, kind of like how regular bulbs just screw in easily. For now, I’ve been able to change a few with just a ladder, but I'll definitely want a pro for the high ones.
It’s tough to give specific advice without seeing the lights, but maybe consider swapping them out for recessed fixtures that take regular screw-in LED bulbs. It might make your life a lot easier!
I shared some pics for clarity if it helps! https://imgur.com/a/TIvgYT8
You should check out Wago connectors! They're great for making wire connections easier and faster, plus they can handle a quick disconnect which might solve your problem.
Just be sure to get the genuine ones. There are a lot of knock-offs floating around that don’t work as well.
Honestly, replacing them shouldn't take you more than about a minute once you get the hang of it. You might find that the lever-style Wago connectors work even better for you. They're super convenient!

Yeah, but remember OP is focused on the wire nuts, not so much the light kinds.
